Going down hill

We lived in Oak Park for 6 years. In that time it went from an up-and-coming neighborhood like Ferndale or Royal Oak to a pit. This place has gone so down hill in the last few years that we just had to get out. We were thankful to get some kind of return on our house. If we had waited any longer I think we would have lost money. I agree with the other person - don't move here.
